Summer Greetings from Teresa Armstrong, MPP

Published on July 5, 2019

Summer is finally here in London-Fanshawe! After a long spring session at Queen's Park, I am very much looking forward to being back home. The best part of my work is connecting with constituents and members of our community. If you are having an event, street party, garage sale, or just have a dedicated group of friends who like to get coffee, I would love to be there. Please contact my office to let us know what is happening in the riding this summer.

It has been a busy session at Queen’s Park. The 2019-2020 budget released by the current government has left many concerned about the future of our province. My office has been hearing from many members of our community sharing their concerns about the priorities set in the budget.

I used my time this session to talk about issues that matter to London. I spoke about the importance of mental health organizations like Daya Counselling Centre, questioned the government on paramedic funding, and introduced petitions on autism funding. These are some of the issues I believe should be prioritized and I look forward to a summer connecting with Londoners to hear about the priorities that matter most to you.
